Highlights from Rijnveste In 2012 Rivierduinen, a mental health institution in The Netherlands, moved into brand new premises - Het Nieuwe Rijnveste. Rivierduinen asked Estuarium to implement a range of projects two of which feature in this brochure; the development and institution of new facility management and space and fit-out project management for all the users of the new buildings. Restructuring advice Hilverzorg The approach to facility management varied considerably across 7 different locations. Each location used different approaches, different work processes and different ways to dovetail with primary care. Per location we carried out an individual analysis quantifying commonalities and differences. Implementing Total Facility Management Commissioned by Eurest Support Services, Estuarium provided the merging of various facilities parties and optimization of facility services for a large international organization. Estuarium BV: Process-oriented work needs to be client-focused Over the last ten years or so the uptake in individualization and freedom of choice has placed more demand on facility services whilst being called to cut costs and increase efficiency. This has been seen particularly so in the healthcare sector where there remains an increasing demand for tailored services. Anticipating more, varied, specific and tailored demands will trigger more desire for streamlined, regular service delivery coordinated by clear and easy to follow business processes. Implementing structured, coordinated approaches is an excellent business improvement and brings achievement in what seem like ambiguous goals. Even more so it leads to stable well-run organisations experiencing a high degree of client satisfaction.
